How long will it take for me to receive my order?
For domestic U.S. shipments, International Bridge targets delivery within 2 to 5 business days from the date we receive your package at our warehouse. Delivery time within that window depends on origin and destination.
How delivery time is calculated
The clock starts when we physically receive and scan your package at our warehouse, not when the retailer processes your order or sends us the shipment data. There is typically a gap of one to two business days between when a retailer creates a shipping label and when the package reaches us.
So if you're estimating your arrival date, add the retailer's handling time to our 2-5 business day transit window for a more accurate picture.
What affects delivery time?
A few factors influence how quickly your package arrives:
- Destination: Within non-continental U.S. destinations, transit time varies. Major metro areas in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (Anchorage, Honolulu, San Juan) typically arrive faster than remote communities, outer islands, or outlying U.S. territories.
- Routing: Some addresses, such as remote PO box deliveries and military APO/FPO/DPO routing, involve additional final-mile carrier handoffs that may add transit time.
- Time of year: During peak shipping seasons (typically October through January), transit times can be slightly longer due to increased volume industry-wide.
- Pickup vs. drop-off: The way a package is handed off to us — whether through a scheduled pickup or drop-off at a consolidation point — can affect when it begins moving through our network.
