Our identity code

The compass behind every shipment

Our vision, mission, core values, and leadership principles shape how International Bridge works, hires, leads, and serves customers. They guide the decisions our teams make every day, across every office and every shipment we move.

Our vision

To build inclusive bridges that transcend borders and foster positive change

Cultural diversity has been central to IB since day one. Over the years, we've expanded what building inclusive bridges means in practice.

Twenty years ago, IB began closing the gap for consumers in non-continental U.S. areas. That work has become the cornerstone of our business and the reason we exist in the form we do today.

We connect the full ecosystem of a shipment. Shippers, carriers, government partners, and international customers. The diversity of our business partners, shipping clients, and employees reflects the diversity of the packages and regions we serve, and it's how we keep generating better solutions for everyone we work with.

Our mission

High-quality small parcel shipping for the world's largest e-commerce retailers

International Bridge exists to provide high-quality small parcel shipping services to some of the world's largest e-commerce retailers. We serve our customers regardless of where their consumers are, with fast delivery times, affordable costs, and exceptional customer service.

Our transparent, end-to-end small parcel delivery solution connects shippers of every size with consumers in non-continental U.S. locations. We actively nurture our in-house technology and network of partners so that fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery is the default, not the exception.

Core values

Four values that shape how we work

They show up in how we hire, how we run projects, and how we work with the customers and communities we serve

  • Inspire aloha

Aloha is a way of life in Hawaii that carries love, kindness, compassion, and unity. For us, inspiring aloha means extending care to colleagues, partners, and customers, and building lasting relationships rooted in trust.

  • Embrace diversity

Diverse perspectives produce richer conversations, more creative solutions, and better outcomes. Our team spans three continents, and we've been a bridge between cultures for a long time. Every difference is an opportunity for growth and innovation.

  • Nurture change

Being open to new circumstances, technologies, and market trends. We think creatively, explore new approaches, and keep pushing for better outcomes.

  • Teach to learn

Teaching someone else forces you to organize your thoughts, articulate your ideas, and explain concepts in ways that land. That's how understanding deepens, for the teacher as much as the student.

Leadership principles

Four principles that guide how we lead

How we make decisions, how we prioritize, and how we treat each other when the work gets hard

  • 01

    First who, then what

We prioritize hiring talented, compatible people before defining the path. By focusing on the right team first, we can navigate and thrive in any situation that comes our way.

  • 02

    Proactivity

We take initiative, solve problems, and contribute actively. We shape what happens next, instead of waiting for external circumstances to dictate the outcome.

  • 03

    Interdependence

We're stronger when we work together. Combined effort produces results that individual effort cannot.

  • 04

    Be humble

We recognize our own perceptual limitations, and we value what we learn from the hearts and minds of other people.
