What is IB Non-Con and how does it work?

IB Non-Con is International Bridge's flagship small parcel shipping service, built specifically for U.S. destinations outside the contiguous 48 states: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, other U.S. territories, and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

These are domestic U.S. shipments, but they move through air-dependent networks that require specialized infrastructure and regional expertise. IB has been building and refining this infrastructure since 2003.

How IB Non-Con works

IB Non-Con uses a zone-skipping model: parcels are consolidated, transported by air to destination markets, and processed locally for last-mile delivery. The model is built on coordinated air lift capacity, destination-level facilities, structured partner coordination, and built-in recovery protocols.

For a full breakdown of how the network is designed, the structural elements that make 2-5-day delivery possible, and which destinations IB Non-Con serves, visit our IB Non-Con service page. To discuss what IB Non-Con looks like for your shipping profile, contact our team.
