Where and how can I track my package?

Our tracking page gives you real-time status updates at every stage of the delivery journey, from the moment we receive your package through to final delivery at your door.

How to track your shipment

Visit our Track Packages page and enter either your tracking number or your order number. Both will pull up the current status and delivery history for your shipment.

You can find your tracking number in:

  • The shipping confirmation email sent by the company where you placed your order
  • Your order history or account page on the retailer's website
  • Any notification sent by International Bridge directly

What your tracking shows

Once you enter your tracking number, you'll see:

  • The current status of your shipment (e.g., In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered)
  • The date and time of each status update
  • The location where each scan occurred
  • The estimated delivery date, where available

Status updates are recorded each time your package is scanned at a facility or transferred to a new carrier.

Understanding your tracking status

If you see a status message that's unclear, such as 'Notice Left,' 'Missorted,' or 'Undeliverable as Addressed,' our shipping status messages guide explains what each one means and what steps to take next.

If your tracking shows N/A for the ship date

An 'N/A' in the ship date field means your package has not yet been shipped by the retailer. It usually takes one to two days for the package to travel from the company-shipper to our warehouse.

If tracking is not updating

Tracking updates rely on physical scans at each facility. Occasionally, a package may go a day or two without a new scan, especially during transit between facilities or during peak shipping seasons. This does not necessarily mean your package is lost or delayed. If your tracking has not updated for more than three business days, contact our customer service team for assistance.
