Non-continental and international shipments flow through the same workflow as your mainland orders, with no separate process or manual re-routing required.

How integration works
IB's integration approach depends on your platform and volume:
- For businesses using supported platforms like ShipStation, ProShip, or Shipium, integration is typically a straightforward configuration managed by IB's onboarding team during setup.
- For businesses with proprietary systems, IB offers API integration that allows direct connection between your system and the IB platform.
- For smaller-volume businesses using Box of Savings, no platform integration is required to get started, labels are generated through the IB platform and parcels are consolidated before shipping to an IB facility.
What integration enables
Once integrated, your IB Non-Con and international shipments flow automatically through your existing order workflow:
- Non-continental orders are identified and routed through IB's network without manual intervention
- Tracking data is returned to your system in real time, so your ops team and your customers see the same status updates
