  • Monday through Friday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm MST

Call 877-727-2354 and select option 1 for Spanish. You will be connected directly with a Spanish-speaking customer service representative.

Please note that Spanish-language phone support operates within the hours listed above. If you call outside of those hours, our English-language team is available Monday through Friday around the clock and on Saturdays from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm MST.

You can also submit a question or concern at any time through our contact form. While the form is in English, you are welcome to write your message in Spanish and a team member will respond accordingly. You can also email us at cs@myib.com in Spanish, and our team will be happy to reply in Spanish.
