This launch provides us a unique opportunity to use each request for support to improve the blue™ ePostage solution and to share that information with the blue™ community. By documenting answers to frequently asked questions and common issues, the new Knowledge Base provides a customer-centric, on-demand channel for getting support at any time of day.
